Not only were they super sweet and did a great job with my 3 year old the x ray tech was amazing patient, gave my daughter some masks and things to play with because she loves to play dentist! What a great team. Receptionist was a sweetheart too, and the dental hygienists were so sweet! Found my dentist for her pediatric care!

Do not bring your child to this dentist they will hit you with fraudulent charges. My daughter has autism and is 8 years old but is very well behaved while getting her cleanings. A few weeks ago I brought her in for her cleaning and I stayed with her and held her hand during the cleaning which took about 10 minutes, the hygienist even commented about well behaved she was then the dentist came in and did his usual checkup which went very smoothly took about 5 minutes and he said her teeth look great keep up the good work. Then 2 weeks later I receive a $150 bill in the mail for BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT. I was absolutely furious they didn't have to do any management at all..with that im trying to fight it but good luck getting someone on the phone..looks like I'm gonna be stopping in in person to give them an earful

When I tell you that I hate this place -- I truly do. They make it extremely difficult to just HOLD a appointment. The amount of times they have had to reschedule my child's appointment is uncalled for. A few months ago, they never charted my child and I watched 8-10 patients go in front of me as I sat there 45 minutes past my appointment time. The last time I was there, my child had a appointment for 9am and did not leave the office until after 11am. Instead of driving him to school a hour late, by the time he got there it would of been considered an absence anyway because of how long we sat for. I just sat on the phone for 20 minutes trying to schedule a first time orthodontist appointment just to be put on hold after talking to a robot which is extremely frustrating. I tried calling back to get a human on the phone and the robot disconnected me. I have been hanging on by a thread from this office and I have officially cut myself from it. I will now be scheduling my child's first time consult with a Orthodontist elsewhere as well as finding a new dentist. This office takes on more than it can handle and treats their patients like a number.

Dr. Pablo Trillo was absolutely incredible with my son today. He was gentle, SO patient and so kind. I will only be asking to go back to him with my kids, I have had a few great dentists work with my children from Dentistry for Children but the last year has not been great and recently two of my daughters did not have “the best” experience. After today, I feel relieved knowing that I will be able to schedule my kids dental work with Dr. Trillo, your office is lucky to have him!

My kids had a 1pm appointment for a yearly cleaning. Waited 45 minutes to get a 5 min cleaning then waited almost 2 hours for the dentist to take a quick look and a dab of fluoride that took another 5 mins. I'd say that was a great 3 hour dentist appointment on a Saturday 👍 **** UPDATE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT**** my daughter had her first orthodontist appointment she got her top braces on. Not only were we there for maybe 20 min tops which I will fault my wrongs we were 5 minutes due to our driver but that's beside the point. Our dental hygienist OH MY GOODNESS she was BEYOND AMAZING 👏 🤩 😍 she very so very patient with my daughter she explained everything so thoroughly in full detail I could think of a question to save my life bc she addressed things I did even thing about! She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and needs a paid vacation and a raise 🙌 lol
